Anytime Graham pops up somewhere I'm like, "I need to nerd out with this guy." Not only does he pick songs from bands that I love, he mentions other bands that are Richmond staples. Thanks for sharing, Norman!
I member the first time I saw Graham in a post with my friend Damon of Braid/Hey Mercedes and writing him and finding out Graham was “one of us”. I had known other hardcore kids that were chefs/working at restaurants but Graham was the first kind of celeb chef that I saw coming from where we all came from. This interview made my day!
I was reading somewhere that Garrett the bass player from Texas is the reason owns a vegan restaurant in Los Angeles and Alicia Silverstone is a frequent visitor. "I love rumors! Facts can be so misleading, but rumors, true or false, are often revealing." - Hans Landa (Inglourious Basterds)

Inquisition was SUCH a pleasing name drop!
Never worked a kitchen where there wasn’t someone into punk/hardcore.
Loved reading this, thank you!

Scott was the bass player. He was a longtime executive chef for Matthew Kenney Cuisine, where he opened several restaurants around the world!
I apologize for the name mishap but as Brian eno said, “gossip is philosophy”. https://www.wired.com/1995/05/eno-2/
